My Process:
Once you submit your request, I will contact you for a brief consultation about your piece.
I will send an ash collection kit and provide me with a teaspoon amount of ashes.  Note that by law, cremation pieces must be shipped overnight via USPS Express Mail. 
It will take approximately 4-6 weeks to create your custom piece.
Pieces start at $75.00, inquire about multiple piece discounts. 

Metals Used: Sterling, Fine Silver, Gold, Copper, Gold Filled and Rose Gold Filled

Your older pieces can be reused and redesigned for a totally new piece incorporating a cremation component as well.
